• You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your data.

3. Data Usage

We index and store your X data solely to provide search functionality. We do not share your data without consent, except as required by law. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your data. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service. Do not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the Service.

5. Limitations of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without; warranties. We are not liable for any damages, data loss, or inaccuracies arising from use. Our total liability is limited to $100.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violations. You can stop using the Service anytime.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Delaware law. Disputes resolved in Delaware courts.
